A typical unit consists of full brick construction
with terra cotta tiled roof. The units are carpeted
throughout with floor tiles to the kitchen and bathroom
areas. The kitchen has polyurethane cupboards and granite
bench tops with stainless steel appliances and provision
for a dishwasher.
The bathroom and ensuite are tiled from the floor
to the ceiling and include a marble vanity top.
Other inclusions extend from the vertical drapes to
brass light fittings, flyscreens to windows and external
doors, clothes dryer and a front door bell.
Most units have balconies and provision has also been
made for a split system reverse cycle air conditioner.
