Hello,
Today I am listing ten points which will
help prevent
the coughs colds and flu this winter. They are simple,
cost nothing, and will pay off. I hope you

PLAN TO AVOID
THE FLU

1. Keep Warm, keep dry and keep out of drafts.
2. Secure 6-8 hours sleep every hight. You cannot “bank” sleep.
3. Eat three sensible low fat, high fibre meals a day.
4. Do not smoke and avoid smokers nearby.
5. Go easy on the grog, for this reduces resistance to germs.
6. Take 2,500 mg of vitamin C a day, also a multi vitamin/mineral
tablet or capsule each day. Probably garlic, horseradish,
Echinacea each day.
7. Drink 1500 – 2000 mL or even more if perspiring
is essential. Have the Fluvax injection now.
8. If drenched, go back home and change into dry gear (or
keep some dry things including shoes at work).
9. Don’t loiter on cold windy streets, specially after
sundown.
10. Wrap up well if cold outside, specially if coming from
an air conditioned house or building.

to. It is great for those finding these duties a bit hard.
