Hello to my friends
Spring is rapidly passing, and summer is just around the corner.
This is the “risky season”. After one or two hot day, many think summer is here for keeps. We easily throw off the extra layer of under-gear We leave off pullovers and wear lighter singlets. The wham, all of a sudden a return of cold days and nights occurs. We are not prepared.

Please be careful with clothing. “Getting a chill” is easy This means the body temperature drops a degree. Then germs, ever present around us, suddenly jump aboard and infections can occur. Simple viral sore throats, coughs, bronchitis, clogged nasal passages head the list. Also fevers, feeling miserable and other needless symptoms occur.
Make sure you have three simple sensible meals each day, drink lots of water (not fizzy stuff which is useless, and not too much booze). Keep away from smokers. Take a walk each day. Make friends rather than enemies, for this lessens the body stress levels, and keeps us happy.
