How do I know which brand of vitamins to take?


With a sensible round diet encompassing fruit, vegetables, wholegrain bread, cereals, fish, nuts, seeds, lean meat, legumes (peas, beans, lentils), and lots of water you do not need supplements. Unless old, recuperating from illness, or on an inadequate diet. However, most multi-vitamin-mineral pills and capsules are good. Many have tiny amounts so the cheapest is not always the best.
